Construction dust trapped in new-build ductwork
Why it happens here
New homes in Crossing North and Crossing South are finished with drywall and framing dust still inside the duct runs. Builders rarely clean the ducts before handoff, so the debris sits there until the homeowner turns on the heat and it blows into every room.
Our approach
We run an agitation whip through every branch to break the dust loose, then pull it out with a negative air machine and HEPA vacuum. We also seal loose flex joints so new dust does not get pulled in from the attic.
